About the Course
This course is designed to provide Zenoti users with comprehensive, hands-on training in using the ePrescribe module efficiently and accurately. Through real-world scenarios and guided walkthroughs, learners will explore all essential aspects of the ePrescribe workflow from prescription management and queue handling to allergy documentation, pharmacy coordination, and communication with external pharmacies.
Participants will learn how to navigate the portal, manage queued prescriptions, handle pharmacy messages, and maintain critical patient data such as demographics, diagnoses, allergies, and preferred pharmacies. The course emphasizes both efficiency and patient safety through accurate data entry and real-time decision-making.
By the end of this course, learners will be able to:
Navigate and utilize the main features of the ePrescribe portal
Review and manage prescription queues with options to approve, deny, or edit
Communicate effectively with pharmacies via the Messages dashboard
Document and update patient allergies and diagnoses with confidence
Search, add, and manage pharmacies linked to patient profiles
Use filters and reporting tools to streamline workflows and improve compliance
Access audit logs and reports for oversight and operational review
